Windows Installation

Install Scordi Agent on Windows.

Download

Download the Windows installer from the download page.

Installation Steps

1. Run the downloaded .exe installer
2. Follow the installation wizard
3. Click "Install" to begin installation
4. Click "Finish" when complete

SmartScreen Warning

Windows SmartScreen may show a warning because the app is new. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to proceed.

First Launch

After installation, Scordi Agent will automatically start. You'll see the Agent icon in your system tray (bottom right corner of the screen).

Firewall Settings

Windows Firewall may ask for permission when the Agent first connects. Allow access to both private and public networks.

Troubleshooting

Installation blocked by antivirus

Some antivirus programs may flag the installer. You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus or add an exception for Scordi Agent.

Agent not appearing in system tray

Try the following:

1. Check hidden icons in the system tray (click the ^ arrow)
2. Restart your computer
3. Reinstall the Agent

Connection issues

If the Agent cannot connect to Scordi servers, check your firewall settings and ensure that *.scordi.io domains are allowed.
